june bug

it's juuuune!

and i changed my design to something more "summery". i swear, typepad sucks with designs but i feel like i can't change to another blog site because i have a lot of entries here already. so yeah, this is a soft lime green and seems bright and summery enough.

hmm...maybe i'll switch to tumblr or something. everyone seems to be using that one. which one did you recently sign up for george?

so last saturday i went to disneyland for a full day. yes, a full freaking day. since tony took the day off and could get in free thanks to the ap star tours thing, he wanted to take advantage of it. and boy did we ever. we got there a little bit before 9:30 i think. but because we didn't know the details of signing people in, we had to wait for katch so we could sign everyone in at the same time. i can't remember how long we waited or exactly what time she came, but we didn't wait that long [although i think tony might beg to differ].

the ride was cool, i can't remember where we went exactly but at some point, fairly early in the morning, the ride had difficulties and they were only running one starcruiser [...starspeeder?]. then for a bit i think the whole ride stopped. tony's friends derrick and marika joined us later and her mom was picked as the spy! haha it was funny.

the day was fun. george joined us later and then marika left shortly after. for dinner we ate at storyteller's cafe. that was fun. lots of random things being said and things being dropped xD

george left before we went on what was supposed to be our last ride of the night, space mountain. we went on a couple more rides after that...and then took some ridiculous pictures. out of nowhere i got this burst of energy. i was pretty chill throughout the day so i guess that's where it came from haha. we went to all the little ride "cars" in and around storybook land and took pictures. then we skipped in front of the castle to "we're off to see the wizard" [which is now our song] and then we all made friendship bracelets in the emporium.

we ended up leaving at 1am. long day. and guess what? me and kelly had to be at st. anthony's by 8-8:30 for the fiesta! weee~ fun.

basically when we got there, we weren't needed yet, but kelly's mom was, so we put the two couches in the counting room together and crashed for a few hours until fiesta opened. then we were volunteered to work in the change room since the lady who was supposed to work it said she couldn't come until 3:30. when she finally did show, we were free until 6:30. so we ate. boy did we eat that day. god. i swear, one day for fiesta is NOT a good idea. we basically tried to each as much as we could.

later we saw steven, rafael, and ritchie and chatted with them for a little bit. that was actually half of what i was looking forward to besides the food. hoping i'd see them and get to talk. why? i don't know. i think it's really nice and cute that they kept in contact and still hang out. oh and we saw grace too! that was unexpected. she didn't seem to have changed much. well, she obviously has, but it was weird. even though i haven't seen her in years, it wasn't like i was meeting someone new. she sounded exactly the same too haha.

anyways, we had to go work after that and we basically didn't leave the counting room until 4am. we were done, but the adults had to double check everything and run the numbers with ron. ms. cunanan was the funniest. she had her little doggie and at some point, sat herself down on the reclining chair and complained about wanting a baked potato. then both her and the dog knocked out.

so this will probably be my last entry here. i'll most likely create an account on tumblr. my first entry will link to this blog so others can get to it if they want. hopefully this site doesn't go down in flames in the future. soo yeah...
